Dr. Tsai is the man. We have a beautiful baby because of his perfect combination of skills and professionalism, he does not do small talks, but whatever he says, it is important. We will use him as the OB for our second baby.

He does things fast so I know why some patients don't like that. But when it's not too busy and I ask him questions, he slows down to explain things to me. A lot of nurses told me that although he's not super friendly he's one of the most capable doctors around.

Dr.tsai is a waste..hes always in a rush.so if your exicted about seeing your bby forget it.am 19 weeks and not yet have really seen anything .he puts the machine for about 10 seconds.no lie!!!never even heard my babys heart beat.wtf!!!!the staffi rude.i dont know were the satisfaction is coming from.never will i go again !!!!!!

Dr. Tsai is professional and efficient. He explains to patients and will inform you what you will feel during the procedure. He moves fast and has many patients, sometimes makes you feel rushed. But you can definitely ask him questions. He then stops and answers you. The waiting area is a bit small with full patients. The receptionist is EXCELLENT helping you, taking care of paperwork, and answering a lot of phone calls. However, I don't like to answer the reason of my visit at Front Desk. You don't want to talk in an area where other patients can hear you. Dr. Tsai is a good doctor. If you don't like many social conversations while seeing an OB/GYN and want to be taken care of, I would recommend Dr. Tsai.

Dr. Tsai is a great OGYN. He's very quick with his hands yet gentle. He's very professional. I've had major medical issues in the past and he has referred me to good specialists. He delivered my baby girl efficiently. I have nothing negative to say about him besides the office wait. Expect to wait between 20-40 min before seeing him but it's worth the wait. He's the type of doctor that will only inform you of what you need to know. And if you'd like to know more, ask away. He doesn't blab or try to fill in the silence. I highly recommend him if you're looking for an OBGYN.

I work at the hospital and see how all the doctors work and have an insight that many patients do not. I chose Dr Tsai to deliver my baby because an ob doctor needs to have good hands. I've seen Dr Tsai deliver babies and he's extremely skilled. Even though we always hope to have a normal delivery, not many of us realize that a emergency C-section is often needed, and you need a good surgeon. His office wait time can be annoying though. Overall, I highly recommmend him.
