Dr Ball is excellent DR but he needs to find practice somewhere else and completely change his staff. They forget about you, they lie and make up excuses, and dr ball has apologized personally for his staffs behavior and said his hands were tied. If you use the after hrs nurse to help you get prescription refills or to tell dr your symptoms of ankle replacement surgery to see if necessary to go to hospital they took a week to call back thank God I was able to get a hold of someone at St Joseph hospital who was able to let me speak to a nurse there who said what was wrong was normal and that she would send info to Dr Ball. When we went to see DR ball again he said he knew nothing about any of it no one even told that we had called FOUR TIMES. He was out of town but his answering service never even said that or even Mr Ball won't be in for week due to circumstances beyond his control however I will contact dr so and so. They call and change your appointment time and date frquently also

my son was injured very bad we seen 2 drs and none of them would touch him so the last one sent him to dr ball dr ball did surger took 8 hrs and was not sure he would even walk again hes doing great in my thought dr ball is the best around here
