Dr. Vallyathan is very patient, kind, and compassionate. She speaks to you in a way you can understand instead of talking at you, or making you feel guilty for not being perfect. In my opinion Dr. Vallyathan sees medicine as a partnership between herself, and the patient's whole being. I don't feel like a medical record number with her. My visits are personalized to what is going on with me, and she doesn't rush me out as soon as she sees me. I would recommend Dr. Vallyathan to anybody looking for a new doctor.
