Dr. Batac appeared young and inexperienced. I did not feel like she took my health complaints seriously. She said she'd give me a referral but forgot. Also when our appointment was over she just left the room. I did not know if she was coming back or if I was supposed to leave. We did not discuss how we were going to address my health concerns. I left her office with many questions and not knowing our next steps. I will look for a different primary care physician.
