Biography
Dr. Samuel Garrett is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Virginia Eye Consultants and a leading eye care specialist in the Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads community. Dr. Garrett served in the United States Army and completed his ophthalmology residency at the Letterman Army Medical Center in San Francisco, California. He specializes in refractive surgery, including cataract surgery and LASIK, as well as blepharoplasty. Dr. Garrett’s expertise has been recognized with several Top Doctor awards, as well as the Top Ophthalmologist Award from Consumers Research Council of America. In addition to providing high-quality patient care, he also devotes time to local charity efforts and he teaches future eye doctors at several local universities.
