The front desk lady for this doctor was exceptional rude. One of the most rudest front desk receptionist that I have ever encountered. I don't know about him as a doctor but I know the receptionist I spoke too was so rude. How is she even working there with her attitude is beyond me. If you going to go to him, beware. The front desk is an extension of him and if they give you terrible service, it doesn't say a lot for the doctor who hired them.

Dr. El-Saghbini took care of me while I was in Kindred Healthcare recovering from SSI - MRSA acquired through a total knee implant. An excellent Dr., who listened to my complaints and treated me as a whole person. Excellent bedside manner.

Dr. El-Saghbini is absolutely wonderful. He cares about you as a person and is very knowledgeable in regards to medical issues. I have been seeing him for MRSA acquired through a Total Knee Arthoplasty. He really cares about the processes and protocols in regards to keeping the infection at bay and keeping his patients infection free. He talks with you on a personal level and explains everything you have questions about. Very knowledgeable in regards to medications, side effects, and adverse reactions. Excellent, Excellent Dr. and very pleasing bedside manner.

Dr. El-Saghbini is wonderful. He is not only very knowledgeable, he takes the time to learn your medical history and details of your family, he is intutative and will give you all the time to asks questions and just small talk. He genuinely makes you comfortable that he's not in a hurry to get on to the next patient. I have shown him many of my family photos and he, in turn, has shared photos of his beautiful wife and kids. I dearly "love" this doctor and he has done so much to care & heal the wound of my amputated little toe. You will not be sorry going to this amazing man and the equally amazing staff of the Methodist Willowbrook Wound Care Center.
