His staff is very pleasant but Dr. Robak is a bad doctor. Anyone reading this I suggest you find another physician. He is unprofessional, uncaring, and lacks the good qualities you want in a doctor.

Lee Robak is one of the worst individuals that I have met in the medical fiels in my entire life. He cannot diagnose a single thing and his answer to every ailment is anti-depression medication. Cut your knee? Anti-depression pills should do the trick! He is always late and his staff is rude and unprofessional. Visiting his clinic is a waste of time you can better fo to web MD.

I went to Lee Robak with severe depression and although he offered sound philosophical advice, he really didn't recognize a mental illness as being anything more than a grumpty or "bad" attitude that can be fixed by a smile, a whistle , and a dippidy do waday. Lee is a not a people person and is flat emotionally. Definitely would not recommend anyone to see if they suspect a serious mental or physical ailment. In short, I was depressed and sounded suicidal and was passed along with a curt "leave me alone" bull.

Dr. Robak is competent, attentive, knowledgeable, and I think even more important, ethical. His nurse, however, is, well, I don't think she really is a nurse. Nurses have to complete at least some course work, if you get my drift.

If you are looking for a doctor that is more interested in what the insurance companies are willing to cover than your health and well being - this guy is for you. He was unwilling toinclude me as a member of my healthcare team. When I tried to discuss options and alternatives he actually said that he woulld dictate what I needed and that I had no say in the matter. If you care about your health and well being and want to have the opportunity to participate in the decisions affecting your health care - then find another doctor.

Arrogant and doesn't listen. He had the audacity to complain to me for fifteen minutes about how it isn't his job to fill out disability paperwork... blah, blah, blah. No compassion, the office is way too busy, and the nurses aren't the brightest crayons in the box. I would not reccomend this practice AT ALL!!

I find Dr. Robak really good, but it is sometimes hard to see him due to his client list being so large. His Nurse Practioner is not good at all. She has prescribed the wrong medication 2 times for my husband. Good thing the pharmasist cought it or it could have been dangerous!

Went in with serious stomach pains. Was suppose to have ct scan. Still no call for ct scan over two weeks. Had rlto get my own blood test, nurse had head in clouds, doctor said he seen no worries on blood test so went and got second opinion and it's liver disease. Thanks Dr Robac. Stay away from this doctor

Has been my primary care physician for over 10 years. Has added a P.A. to help with patient load. This enables the office to see patients as late as 5:00 p.m. which is great for working people. Has a great "bedside manner." Frequently provides written information about patient condition. Is apprised of the latest medical info and technologies. Doesn't hesitate to refer if necessary. Personable, caring attitude, truly a "family" practice.
