If I could score a -minus 1000 for Dr Duke I would do it. I was referred to her by my pain management Dr for an evaluation for a much needed Spinal cord stimulator to give me a better quality of life and be free or reduced amount of pain meds that I've been on for over 10 years. Dr Duke said I needed Drug Rehab and continue with drug counseling after rehab and that will solve my issues. Obviously the Dr has NO IDEA what it's like to live daily in chronic pain and waiting for years for the stimulator implant only to be shot down by her rediculous report

If you have experienced trauma be prepared for her to ignore your pleas to not talk about them in depth. She will grill you for an hour about the most terrible experiences in your life and smile knowingly & condescendingly as she makes notes. No compassion. I barely made it down the stairs after the consult because I had wept for the entire meeting w/ repeated panic attacks. She was unaffected. I hope she's helping someone out there - but she definitely dredged up an abusive relationship from 9 years ago of terror in my life and now I am having nightmares and panic attacks again. What happened to, "Do no harm?" - I wish I had never tried to see her for help.

I had such a great experience. I was more than satisfied, The front staff is friendly and super quick. I wish all doctor offices were as clean, friendly and knowledgeable as Dr. Duke's staff is. Dr. Duke made me feel comfortable and I am so grateful I went to see her.

I found her to be unprofessional, disrespectful, dishonest, and incompetent. She made numerous mistakes in taking my history and made treatment recommendations that contradicted my medical history.
