I had torn my right rotator cuff and Dr Nicola repaired it for me. It has been a year and I have to say he was just wonderful! The surgery went very smoothly (even though it was the worst of the options he thought he might run into when he got inside to examine the tear). Shortly after my surgery and subsequent 6 weeks in sling, COVID hit and I was unable to go to physical therapy. I just started using my arm and I have full range of motion, no pain - I'm back to my 67 year old self! Scarring is very minimal , can hardly see it. I recommend him highly - what a great surgeon!

My surgery went well, I am still recovering. I have had nothing but problems with this office with trying to get my paper work filled out for short term disability and to return to work. I waited two weeks for an authorization for my surgery. I called my insurance to see what was going on? They had never been sent the authorization! I had to call and figure that out. I also gave them forms from my short term that they lost. Now still waiting for them to be filled out and sent off after a week an a half. :( I have been lost in their paper work the whole time I have been dealing with them. I only saw Dr. Nicola twice, once at an appointment and at surgery. The rest of the visits have been with his P.A's, one never even introduced him self. My friends said when they saw their Orthopedic doctors they would see a P.A. then their doctor before their appointment was over. That was never my case. I would probley never go back to this office. I feel more like a number then a patient there and I want more from my doctors.

Dr. Nicola fixed my shoulder. I had a rotator cuff tear. Even though I was very nervous for surgery Dr. Nicola eased my stress and explained to me my surgery. He was very available for answering my questions. After surgery him and his physician assistants took excellent care of me. After two months my shoulder felt great. I would recommend Dr. Nicola to anyone. Thank you.

Dr nicola is one of the best doctors I have been to. With good doctors comes time for waiting and emergencies come up. I would recommend him to anyone. He is concerned with conservative treatment and progressing as needed.
