Dr. Launder is by far the very best Primary Dr. I have ever had! She has been my PCP almost 12 years. Just found out my insurer Florida Blue HMO will no longer have her as a network physician. So sad I will not have her as my PCP. It was a great comfort to know if I needed medical attention she would treat me like a family member. Especially during a pandemic. It is very rare to find a PCP that is everything Dr. Launder is. Her staff are second to none. Will be missed.

Dr. Launder is very kind, patient and caring. I had been suffering from chronic problems for years and Dr. Launder was the only one who has ever taken the time to listen to me and make diagnosis. She never makes you feel as though you are taking too much time or that your complaint is trivial. Her nurse Melissa is always a pleasure to work with.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Launder for more than four years and, during that time, have found her to be open and responsive to questions we have had. Dr. Launder takes the time to discuss our health needs with us and, if she is not clear on a path, will take the time to research the issue and communicate her findings with us. Her staff is professional and friendly, always making us feel welcome and important--not just another patient. This is very different from most of the other doctors I have had in other places where we have lived. Very refreshing!

I have been a patient of Dr. Launder for over a year now and she had been really great to me. Recently though she missed a diagnosis that could have cost me my life. She mistook me dosing off and having severe body ticks to being over tired. She told my sister in law to take me home and put me to bed and let me sleep it off. The whole time I was lathargic and not responsive. My room mate tried to wake me the next morning and could not get me up. He called and ambulance and when the paramedics arrived after asking about my medical history he decided to test my blood sugar and it was 29. Thank god for my room mate because if he hadn't been there I would have died. Recently I received a letter from Dr. Launder and it said that she had decided she could no longer be my doctor. There was no explanation and it said on the bottom of the letter that one would not be provided. Torn between recommeding her or not. She had been very good to me up until now.

Dr Launder takes the time she needs to clearly understand why the patient is there....she is extremely thorough and does not give the feeling that you are being rushed...she looks directly at the patient when she speaks....she recommends specialists and further testing if she feels the need....she makes her instructions clear and precise....and orders follow up appts to keep track of the condition.....and she is simply a very nice person. I highly recommend her.

I have been seeing Dr. Launder almost a year, and I have bad health problems. Dr. Launder and staff treat you with respect aand great service. They are very good with there patients.

I have been going to Dr. Launder for 2 years. She is by far the best Dr I have ever met. I can not say enough wonderful things about her. Very caring doctor.
