The doctors in this pulmonology practice just can't be bothered by patients. They don't read the charts, don't remember conversations with referring doctor, don't even seem to care if patient is breathing! I am not sure how much they even show up; and they don't look at whole patient. Hired staff seem unable to do their jobs. It was 5 months before they provided an oxygen prescription that was critically needed! Phone calls are put on endless hold and messages are not returned. Which is what I will be - NOT RETURNING!!!

Really nice and easy to talk to. Responds without talking down to the patient.
