Poor communication, recommended extreme intervention for minimal symptoms.

It was nice to get an appointment within a reasonable number of days and I only had to wait 5 minutes before I was put into a room. Dr. Robert took a thorough history and was generally concerned in my problem. I eventually had to have surgery and everything went perfect. I have no complaints about my whole experience and wanted to share them with the rest of the city.
