I call as a new patient trying to get an appointment. I held on for about 20 minutes. Then a staff member by the name of Maria finally answered the phone. I advised Maria that I needed an appointment to see Dr. Gonzalez. She asked me for "what" and also advised me that she will send me paperwork in the mail. But she forgot to ask me for my address, phone, and insurance information. I hope she scheduled the appointment, because if not there will be a problem when I arrive at Dr. Gonzalez office.

The doctor is great no problem with him but the staff he has working for him don't know what there doing. it's not all the staff just the ones that do your paperwork I've had nothing but trouble with this. I'm going to change doctor not because of the doctor but the staff and that's sad
So i rate the doctor excellent and staff poor
