She and her staff are the worst. Rude and speeding through their job like disgruntled factory employees. I have loved all other St. Johns Mercy services. But she and ALL of her nursing staff are incompetent. Forget important parts of exams and never communicate fully. I catch them in errors and then they lie to save face. Diagnosis listed on my patient info sheets are wrong or never discussed. Waheed just wants to speed you through and hand you prescription so you have to come back every 6 weeks. She is money making machine. Not a doctor. You have been warned.

The doctor is fine, however her staff runs her. Whenever I have called and asked for the doctor to return my call I never get a call back. The doctor does not even know what dosage of medicine I am taking even though my records are all recorded online and they are incorrect.She needs to put her receptionist in her place.This receptionist has questioned me on 2 occasions about why I didn't contact a previous doctor to get my meds and when I asked her to fax over labs to another dr she questioned me as to whether or not I had an appointment with that dr.When I confronted her one day after trying to get something done, she reported me to her office manager as being rude and cursing at her. The last time I checked "hell" is not a curse word.The receptionist is rude and obnoxious.When the dr did call she told me that the office mgr had been after her for a week to contact me about the issue with receptionist. Dr said I should ask for someone besides the receptionist when calling. Really?

Dr. Waheed is wonderful!! She takes the time to listen to you, asks questions to understand your needs, and then ensures you have a clear idea of what the treatment is she recommends. Dr. Waheed has a very calming effect as her bedside manner is amazing! She is well spoken, professional, but yet personable. I have suffered from migraines for years; and she was able to prevent/minimize them with her treatment plan. Dr. Waheed tried a few different plans before becoming more aggressive, to which I appreciate. I highly recommend her to anyone!
