Dr Rollins TERRIBLY misdiagnosed my husband. He missed a DVT and Pulmonary Embolism, even though we went in saying we were concerned he had a DVT and he was clearly short of breath and had low oxygen. He did not order an US of leg, but only an Xray of his knee.. 2 days later my husband was in the hands of a competent doctor and in the ICU at a different hospital. He had emergency surgery to remove a life-threatening PE. Rollins failure to diagnose almost cost him his life. Ask for someone else at the VA. Stay away from this man. He was seen quickly, to the credit of the support staff.

Treated me very poorly in the ER back in November 2013. His ER staff did not even bother to meet the ambulance (much to the shock of the ambulance attendant) even though I was complaining of chest pains and leg pain. Never provided anything for pain relief and not even given crutches or a brace. I was forced to hobble out of the ER with no wheelchair assistance, no assistance from staff at Park Ridge. A full year after the date of service, the doctor UPCODED the bill raising it over $200 which is so incredibly unethical and a real slap in the face after how I was treated.

Terrible personality - very arrogant. Was not confident in his care of my family member at all. "Staff" rating is solely refers to the male ER nurse that helped us during our ER visit. Punctuality - in and out twice during ER visit, Helpfulness - told us our son wasn't really "sick", Knowledge - couldn't get past his arrogance to figure out if he knew what he was doing or not. Hope to NEVER deal with him again. Reported his bad attitude to the Hospital Administrator.
