Dr Black is never on time. if you have appt. at one oclock you mite get in by 2 if you are lucky when comes in the room. he mite be there for 5mins if he dose not get a phone call. then you tell him why you are there. if you have pain it is because you need to lose weight or your bones need to be lined up.If you ask for test he will say no .the way i see it i am the one that will pay for the test . '
