Hard as hell to get a prescription refill. They don't refill when pharmacy faxes them, they make you call and/or come in.

The staff has the most horrible attitudes. They treat you like cattle dismiss any complaints or concerns you may have then ship you around the clinic to other physicians. Unfortunately I have to give them one star they are NOT worthy of even a half of a star .I wouldn't recommend this clinic or any of the physicians in it....
One doctor even brings his dog with no concerns of people with allergies thank God I wasn't allergic 🤧 I must add the dog should have trained the staff he was more personable then the staff...I would never recommend this place....

I have been seeing Dr. Royster for a year and a half now. I love him! I love Kim! Beth could bed a little nicer, but overall, I wouldn't trade him for the world. However, that opinion might change today. I hope not, but I am in serious pain and just wish there was more that could be done for me. He is doing everything that can be done, so I have faith in him. I would recommend him to anyone.

I started going to Dr Royster shortly after moving back to New Orleans. He has always been upbeat, professional and friendly. He takes the time to answer my questions and to try and help me find alternative treatments for my pain. Yes, his practice has grown. He has other doctors working there now. So sometimes the waiting room is full. That can be frustrating, especially if you are experiencing a "bad pain day". The staff are helpful and Kim is the best. They need to keep the bathroom cleaner. The office staff needs to designate a person each day to be responsible to keep it clean. Rotate on a calendar so that EVERYONE is taking part. I was there yesterday and it was disgusting. It was so disgusting last month that I had to clean it before I could use it. So they can either take turns cleaning it throughout the day or hire someone to do this.
Dr Royster, and Kim are the best. They get 5 stars across the board. The staff could take lessons from them . However, I do realize that they are the "front line " of the office. And that "we" as patients do not have ANY idea what they have just dealt with or been dealing with ALL day.

I started out really feeling good about this doctor and about helping someone that was building a new business. That changed 180degrees in a couple of months time. One of the office staff has almost always been very snobbish and rude. She did not follow through on an urgent medication and I was left hanging for days (over a weekend period). This was not the only time I had trouble with this person. Then one time I had an appointment and when I showed up I was told that the doctor would not see me because I could not pay on the balance due (about $250.00) at that moment. I had been paying all of my bills with them regularly but my husband had been laid off and we were going through a crisis. They knew that I had filed and had a court date for payment through my workers compensation but no matter what this was totally unprofessional to say the least. I had several surgical procedures and every time I had to wait about 30 minutes for the doctor to arrive at the office.

This doctor ran a test on me and told me that he'd get back to me in a week with the results to let me know where we'd go from here. That was after several procedures after fracturing my T-11 and T-12 discs. After a month of waiting I called to see if he ever got the results. Still nothing so I called patient relations to file a complaint. Then I received a call from one of his nurses to say that the doctor reviewed the test results and there's nothing he can do. I thought that was a little cowardly but that was ok, I went on to find another doctor that I like a lot better. :)
