I have been to numerous eye doctors over the years and I have to rank Dr. Batey as the best I've encountered. Professional, articulate, and with a courteous chairside manner, listened and addressed my questions and concerns. I will be recommending Dr. Batey to everyone I know. He was very thorough in his examination of my eyes and thoughtfully explained each step. They are located conveniently in North Albany village. The personnel in the office were very friendly and always courteous.
