Dr. Hayes listens to you and really hears your concerns. I went to him for a mole removal on my face. I knew it would scar so I wanted the most delicate and tiniest sutures possible. Dr. Hayes was a dream and gave me a beautiful tiny tiny scar without a depression or dog ears at the ends of the biopsy. I don't regret seeing him at all. Now one friend has already had surgery with him with 3 more coming to his clinic. He is a suture king!

I saw Dr. Hayes for diagnosis and removal of a large growth behind my knee. Two other doctors recommended I see a specialist and they, to my good fortune, sent me to Dr. Hayes. The surgery, including tricky skin grafts, instruction on changing bandages, telephone consultations, and pain meds, etc., was flawless. During the period in preparation for surgery and in all post-op appointments his bedside manner was of genuine concern, constancy, and comfort. Through crisp intelligence, quick insight, and truly amazing professionalism he brought a deep degree of reassurance. All of these taken together provided a trust based experience that was the best I have ever had. My father-in-law was a doctor for nearly forty years and my wife knows what makes a good doctor and Dr. Hayes is better than that. I can affirm that as well since I have been in and around chronic medical issues since the seventh grade. Dr. Austin Hayes is the single best doctor, in every possible way, that I ever have had. Dr Hayes took the time to thoroughly discuss my objectives for the Botox treatment and explain his recommendations. He made me feel completely at ease during my appointment. I have had Botox treatments from other providers in the past with results varying from bruising at the injection points to touch ups needed. The results from Dr Hayes were perfection! The process was painless and the outcome was smoother, younger, natural looking skin. I would highly recommend Dr Hayes to anyone.

Dr. Austin Hayes treated my DeQuervains Tendonitis on my right wrist. Dr. Hayes performed surgery on my right wrist after trying other options to control the pain. Dr. Hayes takes the time to listen to you and make you feel like you are his most important patient. He is very thorough with explanations of the procedures and what to the results will be. Dr. Austin Hayes was excellent. I was extremely impressed with the service and kindness. I was nervous about getting Botox again as I've had it done once before by Dr. Darm and bruised severely, then was rushed out. Dr. Hayes took the time to walk through the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. Not to mention the results were perfect. I just gave birth to twin girls and felt like my face needed a little TLC and this did the trick. The lines between my brows are completely gone. I definitely recommend him.

I was referred to Dr. Hayes for Carpel Tunnel surgery on my right hand. He met with me and gave me a detailed explanation of the problem, described the various surgical procedures that might be necessary to resolve it and the risks and rewards of having the procedure done. He furnished me with a written chronology of the progress I should expect in the days following the surgery. I found this to be very helpful. Both he and members of his staff personally called me to see how I was doing after the surgery had been completed. My hand is now healed and totally pain free thanks to the excellent care I received from Dr. Hayes.
