Terrible office. It's impossible to get in touch with the billing departments, and no one who answers the phone is ever helpful in any way

I was in a car accident last year and have had 3 seizures since then, so I decided to reach out to a specialist. You would think to get a little bit more care, service, and responsive doctor when consulting such a sensitive subject.

I made an appointment to speak with Ishaq Ali and he spoke with me for a total of 3 minutes maybe. He didn't ask me any specific questions and requested I get an MRI and EEG completed. I went to get my tests done and was told my results would be available the following Monday. The following week I called every.single.day. to try and get a hold of him. I was directed to about 3 different numbers I was told he would be at and never got a hold of him. Also keep in mind my family lives in Plano but I recently moved to Houston, so it was imperative to get the results ASAP. After finally getting a hold of someone, I was told to make a follow up appt, but I was no longer in town. I asked if my mother could go in my place instead or if Dr. Ali could call me to relay the results. I was told I was be charged $300 for my mother to go in to speak with him and him calling me was not an option.

After about another week of calling, a nurse finally called me and left a message saying my test results were normal..nothing further. He wanted to charge me $300 to tell me everything was normal? I have tried calling further to speak with someone to get maybe a little more information but have not had any luck. People come to you because something went wrong and they need a caring, compassionate doctor. No wonder I was able to get an appointment with him the next day..all other doctors required a couple weeks notice.
