BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not recommend. He billed almost $10,000.00 unauthorized and unnecessary drug screening tests, my insurance won't pay so I'm stuck with the bill, terrible, terrible situation, we are furious about this.
