This Doctor placed recalled implants in me in 2010 . I went back to him in 2015 and explained my implants were recalled and I was having pain and hardening of the areola and felt a tender mass and lumps in my Brest . He said even though the implants were recalled there was no need to remove them bc they are the smooth ones and said the hardness I felt was the head of the implant even though there was a mass / lump at the 5 :00 region of my Brest . He refused to do anymore testing and said I’d be fine not to worry no biopsy nothing . Sent me home . Low and behold in May 2023 I have invasive Ductal carcinoma and just had my right Brest removed with a skin sparing mastectomy! This is a sorry excuse of a doctor or human being . Non caring and only about the money ! He should be ashamed of himself to not do any further testing as plastic surgeon who also performs Brest reconstructive surgeries! Writes books too ! So he not without knowledge . So why wouldn’t he do futher testing on my lumps and hardening areola with pain ? He’s just uncaring and didn’t want to be bothered with me or my recalled Brest implants ! Shame on you Dr Malcolum Marks ! You should be ashamed you know better! Run people ! Don’t go to this Doctor !

Had a devastating, life changing experience with Malcolm Marks. I would never recommend him for any kind of care, much less surgery. He made mistakes with my procedure, but his ego prevented him from admitting any responsibility, or trying to make things right. I will never be the same physically or emotionally.

He messed up my breast reduction. Said he did the "best he could do with what he had to work with". He said he would fix things he messed up in surgery but wants to charge me and my insurance again. Horrible experience. He has no bedside manner!

Loved Dr. Marks. Was living out of town and found out about a melanoma while I was in his area. Got an appt. quickly and scheduled surgery just a couple of days after that. Loved his bedside manner. Makes you feel comfortable with his ability. Would recommend him to anyone. Great Dr.!

I highly recommend Dr.Marks for any wound care that you need. My daughter is paralyzed and received a bed sore while in the hospital. Others attempted to try to get it healed to no avail. Dr. Marks took the challenge on. He said it may have been the worst he had ever seen but he didn't give up and because he didn't my daughter Brittany's dream came true. She walked across the stage to receive her high school diploma. He is a hero in our eyes. He treats all patients (children or adults) as if they are his family.As a parent of a special needs child I do not like anything sugarcoated for me and Dr. Marks just told me like it was. He is AWESOME not ARROGANT. He knows his talent and does it to the best of his ability!I would and have recommended him to others. This is not just a job to him but it is his passion.He is a great doctor and surgeon!!!!!!

Am not sure. Had many complications. Too large an implant--capsular contracture. Was kept waiting for surgery for over 3 hours without notification.

I love Dr. Marks! He is a GOD send! He did a breast reduction for me & I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to do it! My surgery turned out perfectly and I am well pleased! And he is such a nice man!!! And he has a wonderful staff as well. They are all very helpful, very attentive, and so nice. And when you have an appointment, they don't leave you sitting around forever, you are attended to right away & the Dr. sees you right on time. Once my surgery was approved, they scheduled my procedure as quickly as possible.
