The staff needs training on how to be more compassionate, i.e., rather than acting like a business. This is healthcare for wounded people after all. Dr. Collier has a pleasant bed-side manner, but a 15 minute treat-um and street-um is unacceptable. For this, I blame Seton Mind Institute. At least have some social workers/counsellors working to help people. Just writing scripts is not enough to help heal the patient. What happened to the Psychiatrists who actually did therapy as well? Sadly, those days are gone.

Dr. Collier has the perfect personality for a psychiatrist. He radiates calmness and expresses genuine kindness, concern, and compassion. Most importantly, he really knows his stuff, even beyond psychiatric medicine.

Dr. Collier is a genuinely kind, compassionate, ethical physician with incredible insight and sensitivity. He treats clients with respect and dignity and considers each person as a complex individual rather than categorizing them as a disease. His plans are holistic and individualized and he considers the patient's wishes when making treatment recommendations.

Amazing psychiatrist, very informative, and he is honest with you. If you looking for someone that will actually help you succeed, this is the doctor for you! No other psychiatrist in town compares.
