Dr. Wasserman is an incredible doctor. Very knowledgeable, respectful, and patient. A true professional. He is also a phenomenal surgeon. Truly makes you feel comfortable, which is a very important part of a surgery, especially when going under. If you have any ENT problems, especially concerning your vocal chords, he is the doctor to see. I absolutely recommend everyone to make an appointment at this office. His staff are also very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable.

April 15, 2019 was my first visit ever to ENT & Allergy of Hackensack & upon stepping into the office it was already the start to a great experience. Obviously the reason I was going there was because I was not feeling well but the office staff was so helpful and understanding while I was checking in for my appointment. I had my first appointment with Dr. Wasserman & unfortunately found out that I had a double ear infection. Dr. Wasserman was so understanding & really took the time when it came to explaining to me how to go about getting myself to feel better as well as what to do for myself in the future to prevent the ear infections from coming back again. When it was time for me to check out I was assisted by AnnMarie who was beyond helpful with getting me information on my visit & as well gave me different tips on what to do to get myself feeling better. Overall, my experience at ENT & Allergy was amazing & I will most definitely recommend everyone to make an appointment at this office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wasserman for over ten years and his quality of care is superb. Dr. Wasserman is highly knowledgeable, attentive and compassionate. Fantastic experience at the Hackensack location. First office in a long time that has impressed me. Dr. Wasserman is experienced and helpful and explained a lot to me about my voice issues . Left feeling hopeful that I will gain strength and clarity again , and relieved my raspy voice is not what I feared . Waiting it out before jumping into surgery. Staff was fantastic , and on the way out made two apts for my mom and my wife . Thank you Ann Marie for helping me out with my schedule and making it happen , very sweet smile . This is a great place to come for care .

Dr. Wasserman saw me Vocal Fold Paralysis following a traumatic extubation. The issue was: My first year teaching would be in a month. I had an injection laryngoplasty August 17th, and a week later my voice was much better than it had been. Now, just a month after the procedure my talking old voice has almost completely returned! I credit Dr. Wasserman with saving my career and cannot recommend him enough for his professional knowledge, and compassion.
As a testament to my latter point: about 10 minutes after my procedure I had a panic attack and Dr. Wasserman stayed in the room with me until I was feeling better!

It’s a pleasure to share my experience ...
Dr. Wasserman is caring and skilled. Two months after surgery and I am healing wonderfully . Decision to proceed with surgery was a big deal for me , and his patient approach was calming . I was on voice rest for a bit but following Dr’s orders, and the quality of my voice after removing the polyps is better than I expected . Surgery Center in Englewood was fantastic and Ann Marie is helpful and so warm to talk too , she was available at all times to answer my many questions !
It was a pleasure talking to you every time .
I highly recommend Dr. Wasserman and thank him for taking such good care of me .

I have been seeing the doctor for over a year for a very serious condition that required surgery. Dr. Wasserman completed my surgery and I fully recovered due to his incredible talent. Dr. Wasserman takes the time to listen and never rushes you. He is so knowledgeable and very professional. I will forever be grateful to him. The office is in a great location and has state of the art equipment. The staff is incredible and efficient. Wait time never more the 5 minutes !!! Thanks again Robert

Dr. Wasserman is BY FAR one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctors I've ever seen. I lost my voice for 4 months and was misdiagnosed and underwent a million tests over those 4 months trying to uncover the problem to no avail. I made an appt. with Dr. Wasserman and he was able to correctly diagnose the issue and put a plan together to correct it. He has a tremendous bedside manner and patiently explains everything. I am completely cured and I will be forever grateful to him. He is a doctor you can trust and truly has the patient's best interest at heart. He doesn't rush to recommend surgery unless it's absolutely necessary. I highly recommend him especially if you are having vocal cord/voice issues. He is amazing!
