AWFUL FIRST IMPRESSION WITH OFFICE STAFF!!!! I recently had an unfortunate experience with a staff member during my healthcare interactions. Throughout my 20 years in the healthcare industry, this has been one of the most challenging encounters I have encountered. During my conversation, I was informed that everyone experiences mucus during this time of year, despite having sought assistance from an allergist and my primary care physician, both of whom recommended consulting an ENT specialist. Additionally, I must mention that the staff member displayed unprofessional behavior by audibly expressing their surprise while discussing the extensive documentation I have maintained since April. I kindly advise avoiding interactions with the individual named Pamela, as she is the sole point of contact in that particular department.

Waited over an hour and still had not been seen. Rooms were full of patients but no Doctor.
Unprofessional.

Not easy to be fit in when your having any sort of issues , in fact my Dentist tried to get me in earlier for what he felt was more of an issue for my ENT , but was treated rudely by receptionist and got nowhere...So if your suffering or in pain and know their is no point in wasting time or money on your GP or any other facility because its ENT related you will not have luck getting to see this doctor or anyone at this facility for even emergencies.

Removed Tonsil and Uvala No issues just sore which is expected. I feel a tooth was cracked during the proceedure.
