Biography

Dr. Quigley joined St. Charles Orthopaedic Surgery Associates in 2009. He is board-certified by the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Throughout his career, Dr. Quigley has been active in the lecture and presentation circuit. He has also published several papers and manuscripts on the topics of Treatment of Long Bone Nonunion, Function Outcomes of Ipsilteral Femoral Neck/Shaft Fractures and Arthroscopic Treatment of Large Intra-Articular Lipoma Arborescens of the Knee. Dr. Quigley grew up in St. Louis area and graduated from St. Louis University School of Medicine in 2003. During his internship and residency program at St. Louis University Hospital, Dr. Quigley continued his education with specialized training in Fracture Management, Internal Fixation, Advanced Principles and Techniques of Operative Fracture Management, Shoulder/Elbow,Wrist Arthoplasty Techniques, Reverse Shoulder Cadaceric Training and Upper Extremity Surgeon Bioskills. Dr. Quigley was an All-American soccer player at St. Louis University. He played professional soccer for three years after graduation. As an orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Quigley’s primary goal is to get his patients back to a higher function and quality of life. He considers surgery as a last resort when other non-operative treatments may be as effective. However, when surgery is necessary, you can expect personalized care from the pre-operative period all the way to the end of the rehab process. Dr. Quigley uses minimally invasive techniques in many of the sports medicine and joint replacement procedures to also help speed recovery.
