I was one of Dr. Bolden's first patients and I've stayed with her all these years for a reason. She's always taken excellent care of me and my family. She's very responsive when I contact the office and always as time for a friendly word when I have an office visit. The staff at her new office, on the other hand---let's just say I miss the days when she had two MAs. But I have nothing but good things to say about her.

Worst doctor ever. At first she's sweet and caring and supposedly loyal. She is a wolf in sheep's clothing. She was my doctor for two years. I had a horrific car accident. She told the emergency room doctor she wanted to see me right away. The accident happened on a Friday I had the appointment with her the next Monday. I had a shattered foot, torn muscles in my back neck, horrific concussion. I was t-boned in the wreck and knocked unconscious. My husband took off work to take me there. I hobbled in only to be told the doctor couldn't see me but my prescriptions were sitting there at the window. She doesn't give prescriptions until your appointment is done. It came to me then something was wrong. I asked to speak to the doctor and the medical assistant and the girl at the window said no and was so nasty to me. She was evil. She wouldn't give me any reason why dr. Bolden couldn't see me. So I came home and kept calling the office until I got in on Wednesday. I then received a letter in the mail on friday severing patient doctor relationship. Real nice huh? You almost get killed in a car wreck and you get dropped by your doctor. I f you care about yourself or your family. Run don't walk away from her.

I guess Dr Bolden was a good doctor, but for some odd reason there was something about her I did not trust from the very beginning, call it a gut feeling of some sorts. She was friendly, yet detached. Did not take enough time to get to the bottom of things and when things didnt go her way (remember, I am the paying customer here), I got a letter in the mail saying I was dismissed from her office.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Bolden for a couple of years now and we are thrilled with her! We changed doctors because we were not comfortable with our previous one. Dr. Bolden has always been outstanding, taking as much time as needed, sympathetic, compassionate, and professional. She is great with referrals, when one is needed. When she is seeing you, you feel like her only patient. She takes the time to understand your condition and talk with you about alternatives and approaches. We can't say enough good things about her manner, demeanor and approach. Without a doubt, she has our strongest recommendation...in fact we have referred others to her as well.

First of all the office is dirty. I met with Dr. Bolden once and had such a bad experience I would never refer her to anyone. When I sawher I had just had a miscarriage and lost my brother within a two week span. She wrote me off of work on sick leave for depression a.d bereavement. However, she said she would jave my work fax the sick leave papers to her office and she would fill them out and fax them back to my employer. Twoweeks later I called to check on the status and she had never even contacted my employer. I had to go back to the office and drop them off. She said it would take7-10days. A week wentby and still my work had not received anything and I was about to lose my job. I called several times and always got voicemail. Finally dr bolden called me back. She was volatile and defensive. she raised her voice with me and said that I was being discharged and hung up on me! I never raised mu voice or got rude with her. She is very unprofessional, has anger issues and no compassion.

Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Good experience. This doc lives in the 'real world' and not some ivory tower.

This was a first time visit for an international travel issue. I had the diarrhea when I came back from Kenya. I asked her if she could prescribe me an antibiotic without doing all the tests since I thought I knew what it was and didn't want to pay the money. She advised against what I thought, and recommended doing a stool sample to identify exactly what the issue was. She did not want to prescribe me medicine that might cause negative side effects without having the stool results. The stool results identified exactly what the issue was, and she sent the medicine to treat the issue over to the pharmacy. She even communicated the results using a private internet messaging system between the doctor and myself. For a first time visit, she seemed professional, competent, technologically savy, and empathetic about my financial situation. I would definitely go back!
