Diane Rose was my nurse and she is the nicest lady. She ran circles around everyone. I never had to ask for meds. She was right on schedule always. Couldn't be happier and couldn't say enough nice things about her. If you could ask for a perfect nurse I'd had to give her 6 stars. ******😍🥰plus she was hilarious. And I can always use a laugh even when I feel horrible. Ok you get the point

Went to the emergency room for pelvic pain. No vitals were taken the 6hours I was there. No pain medicine offered. Found out when I was released and went home had a temp of 101.2. Work made me go have a Covid test. Found out I had Covid that could have been detected if vitals were taken in hospital ED. Used to work in ED in Springfield temp and BP always taken no matter what symptoms.

Took my daughter to the emergency room, she was in so much pain I wanted to call the ambulance but we decided to drive there. What a joke they have no covid screening, several people walked right in past the desk with no mask on. They had people in the same room waiting for a Covid test and they didn't see people by the acuteness of your problem it was first come first serve. They had no one cleaning anything. I will never step foot in that place again. We had to walk out and go to MVH where they actually try to take care of people.

They'll charge you for tests; that you have not taken. And they're very slow. Don't have good insurance, they would eat you alive if you turn your back.
