First,this doctor's staff insisted that I had to use an out-of-network site for a specific blood test which happened to be the site where their office is located; citing that they were experts on the test. Turns out the person doing the test told me they'd never performed said test previous to me, so I could've gone in-network. Second,they cancelled an appt within 24 hours and asked me to reschedule, but when I tried to reschedule an appt within 24 hours they dictated that I'd be charged for the appt. Third,she discharged me as a patient citing that I hadn't seen her in over a year, though I'd been there in the previous ten months. Fourth, the doctor NEVER returned calls. She always had her office staff return the calls with a message which just added a middleman to the whole process. Fifth,the doctor didn't seem all that interested in explaining diagnosis or much else for that matter. Would NOT RECOMMEND!
