I had two teeth with receding gums, the teeth were a little sensitive and the gums would bleed. I was referred to Dr. Primm for gum grafting and he and took great care of me. Dr. Primm answered all of my questions about the procedure and was very friendly. The recovery wasn't bad at all, a little soreness but nothing out of the ordinary. Now, my gums look and feel healthy and great! I would definitely recommend Dr. Primm.

CRACKED A MOLAR CHRISTMAS WEEK. THEY WORKED ME IN, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A HOLIDAY WEEK WITH A FULL SCHEDULE.
AFTER REMOVING THE TOOTH, THEY HAD TO DO A BONE GRAFT AND A GUM GRAFT.
I REALLY FELT BAD THAT HE HAD TO SPEND SO MUCH TIME ON IT, BUT I'M AWFULLY GLAD HE DID. IT IS HEALING MUCH BETTER THAN I HAD ANTICIPATED.
THESE GUYS GO ABOVE AN BEYOND FOR THEIR PATIENTS ( IN EFFORT AND CONCERN, AND IN SAFETY ).

From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and well organized and made me feel comfortable. Had to have some work done on my mouth and I was concerned because I heard a lot of people complain about the pain they had after having oral surgery but I was so surprised and happy when I had little to no pain. I would recommend them over and over again.

Dr Primm and his staff are so experienced. They provide excellent workmanship and great care. I have had gum surgery and a dental implant. I will never go to any other practice. I can not say enough about how great Dr Primm and the staff are. I highly recommend them.

Dr Primm performed some gum grafts on 4 of my teeth. I was amazed by the quality of the work and how well the Doctor and the staff explained the steps to me. I had no pain and the follow up was fantastic. I could not be happier and I was truly impressed. I would recommend this practice for anyone in need of periodontal services.

Spent 3k for on procedure and didn’t see Dr Primm for a year after that and not for lack on my part - continual staff shortages regarding hygienists - habitual calls on needing to reschedule my cleaning as the hygienist left. Disappointed in their system - good doc just zero follow through. For that reason I go elsewhere.
