Dr. Primm and his staff have provided me with excellent care and super service for over 8 years now. All are knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to the needs of my (sadly) radiation therapy-effected gums and the status
of the underlying bone. I had a brief discussion with another patient as I was leaving my cleaning appointment yesterday, who told me jokingly that as much as she hates to go to any dentist, she never minded going to them. I understand totally! Thanks to Dr. Primm, Nikita, and all of the staff for their excellent care!

The entire staff is friendly and professional. Any underlying fear I had of going to the dentist/ pain/discomfort was instantly dispelled. Dr Primm explained all my options. He listened carefully to my concerns and then came up with a good plan for my oral health. I would heartily recommend him and this office.

Wonderful Office! I cannot recommend Dr. Primm and his staff enough. I was referred for a dental implant by my general dentist and to say I was scared was an understatement. Let me say that I could not have been in better hands. Dr. Primm and his staff explained the steps involved, answered all of my questions, and above all, made me feel very comfortable. The surgery to remove my tooth and put in the dental implant went very well, I was sedated which was great! They called to check on me the next day which was very appreciated. I am very pleased with the way the tooth looks and all of the work Dr. Primm did and would definitely come here again if I ever needed any kind of dental surgery.

Dr. Primm is an exceptionally gifted oral surgeon. Because his training is cutting edge, he and his staff offer treatment options that give hope for saving or replacing teeth and avoiding dentures.He and his staff exude professionalism and quickly earned my trust. The icing on the cake is they are relationally attuned to their patients. For example, I hate needles in my veins. I asked Dr Primm to talk to me about anything other than what he was doing as he prepared my sedation IV. He happily obliged, asked me about my Christmas plans, told me his, and voilà! I was on my way out before I knew it.From Dr Primm to his surgical assistants right on down to the wonderful staff at the reception area, the vibe is friendly, cheerful, humorous, and positive. Best of all, they excel at what they do. Thanks to Dr Primm, I’ve gone from fatalistically accepting that I’d need a full lower denture to happily looking for to my new crowns!

I was very nervous getting my teeth cleaned for the first time in years and knew I needed to start doing better. All of the staff were so welcoming and put me at ease immediately. They took great care of me and made me feel hopeful that I could fix my oral health and helped teach me how to do so. After a couple of cleanings there and putting in some work at home with my oral hygiene, we have already seen positive improvements! So glad I found Dr Primm’s office and will never go anywhere else.

Always a pleasant experience at Dr. Primm's office. I saw Nikita today for my cleaning - she was gentle, pleasant and answered all of my questions, I saw Dr Primm today too and was very friendly as always. This office just simply provides exceptional care!

Dr. Primm and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. The ambiance was soothing and I couldn't get over how comfortable the dental chair was!
