Zero Star - Very rude and unprofessional. Since the pandemic I have been using virtual appointments through Cigna MDlive, and have loved until speaking with Nana Korsah today. She was argumentative, rude and did not care about me one bit, she hung up in my face. I have reported her to Cigna and hope no one ever experiences an encounter as this. Stay away from this doctor!
