There has never been a time when I haven't had to wait at least 45 minutes. Appointments are frequently cancelled and rescheduled at the last minute. I have seen Dr. Bufill at least eight times and he still acts as if he's meeting me for the first time. He can't remember anything about my history and rarely does any type of exam beyond listening to my heart. I understand he has a lot of patients, but please, at least act like you're reading my chart ahead of time. His NP is awesome, by the way.
