Dr Van Der Zee is an excellent cardiologist. She has always given me the best treatment, suggestions for treatment and monitors my heart with care. I trust her judgement implicitly. I needed to see her immediately after a procedure, and her diagnosis (needed pacemaker) care, intelligence, skill sets are way above average. Very happy with her abilities and kindness. She's the best!

Knowledgeable but totally unreliable in a crisis. This was my father's cardiologist. He ended up in the ER after heart surgery and she responded to zero messages. Had nothing to say for herself when confronted. Treats Medicare patients like garbage. Didn't transfer my dad's files when asked 3x. We fired her.
