Receptionist and nurse who took us back were excellent. Very professional and concerned. However Dr Conkling was rude and seemed agitated we were there. We tried unsuccessfully to get an appt with our reg . M.D. In the past we have received excellent care from both Drs and FNP's. However we were sorely disappointed with the care received . He interrupted us when we tried to explain why we were there & did not do a very thourough exam. Never checked throat or neck when told his throat was a little sore and gland was swollen. He was having chills had been on Tylenol for 24 prior to visit. We left with a Rx but confused as to the Dx. And why we were treated so rudely. I can assure you if he was the only Dr available we would take our chances on waiting for our reg MD.
