My daughter saw Dr Sanchez. She had her braces taken off. Her over bite got worse. She can’t close her mouth. Has to eat with her mouth open and unable to drink liquids with out a straw. It has brought her to depression due to bullying making fun of her how she has to eat with her mouth open and unable to close her mouth.
He told her to train sticking her chin forward. She tried and now has jaw and ear issues. Highly do not recommend unless you want more cost in counseling, your child to suffer and be talked down to. My daughter said she never said anything because she figured he knew better. I was hoping it would get better with her training pushing her bottom forward as he suggested. He took the money and help the mental health industry in business with counseling and medication costs.

I am not overly impressed with Dr. Sanchez. At the time my children were seeing a dentist located in the same office, so they referred me for my son's orthodontic treatment of phase 1 braces. He originally told me treatment would be 6-9 months; my son ended up with braces for close to 2 years! The most alarming thing for me was a totally unrelated incident. My son had broken the growth plate in his ankle roller skating. We were at the same medical plaza that this dental practice is located at -- at an office across the way for X-rays. My son was unable to walk, so I told him to wait on the sidewalk while I went to get the car. As I crossed the street, a small car came speeding through the parking lot - easily doing 35-40mph! IN A PARKING LOT! He nearly hit me! I looked up and saw it was Dr. Sanchez! That incident along with his demeanor will have me looking elsewhere if the need for further orthodontia is needed.

We have been going to Dr. Sanchez for a few months now and he is great! He is always on time and we are in and out very quickly. Which is very nice since my son is in high school and I don't want him to miss a ton of school. He is a very nice man and has a great sence of humor. He is not your average doctor who is in and out of the room with out even muttering a, "Hello, how are you doing?". I highly recommend him.

Everyone has a different opinion on what they expect from a dr, but when you go in and you see a dr who clearly does not take care of their own health, you question whether they care/can take care of your health as a patient. This is the category Dr. Sanchez falls in, it is difficult to take this man serious when he clearly has no regard for his own health. I found him condescending and talked far too much about money rather than the treatment. i recommend finding a dr is in the profession for reasons other than finances
