I wen to see Dr Cuza for the first time. I was no impressed. The office staff was very unprofessional. When I was called in I was told "room three" while the medical assistant looked down while writing something down in my chart. Since this was may first visit IDK where room three was and to ask. While I was in the waiting room I filled out a new patient questionnaire, IDK why both the medical assistant and the nurse asked me the same question. Does anyone read charts anymore to prepare before meeting a new patient? I was taken to get X-rays the doctor came said u have heel spurs and gave me to injections stating it would relieve the pain in only a few minute. its been week the pain is getting worse. He never asked me about my symptoms, never asked how bad my pain was. and before I left tried getting me to sign a form for diabetic supplies. Never asked if I had a doctor who followed my diabetes. I do by the way and she is wonderful. when he left the room said the nurse would be in to wrap my foot. I had to ask her what the shots were. there is so much more to this unpleasant experience but I will go straight to why I decided to take the time to rate this MD. after several weeks of sever pain, I called the office and asked to see him again on the only day I was available and said I was will to go to any area of town he would be at that particular day just because I was desperate to get some sort of relief. I was told he would be at the wayside office but once I saw him there then I could only go back to see him at that office. Seriously? I canceled by upcoming appt. and chose to see someone else. FYI I was not able to rate his knowledge because he never fully explained what was going on or other than giving me a "Shot to relieve the pain" and come back in month He didn't explain anything to me. Will never go back will never recommend him to anyone.

Worst office wait experience. They overbook appointments much like airlines. Parking lot so full that grass parking appears to be normal. No apologies or explanation for the >1 hour long wait in a packed and crowded waiting area that eventually runs out of chairs. Particularly awful when you consider that folks here are seeing the doctors for foot or ankle problems. Conversation with other patients and overhearing others waiting patients in the wait area has convinced me that this ridiculously long wait is normal. When it comes to the doctor himself, he is very professional, has an excellent demeanor and got right to work. He was did apologize about the wait and explained that the earlier surgery case had taken longer than planned.
