Staff is very unfriendly. They switch Doctors on you constantly. Also, Doctor Henderson is inconsiderate and non-caring. Beware, seek another family of Doctors!

If you are considering this practice, read THIS first. My last appointment with them involved an on-time arrival to a packed waiting room. Upon check-in, I asked to reschedule due to another commitment I couldn't be late for. I was told to wait and they would try to move me ahead. I apologized and left. When I called later, I was informed, by the front desk, that my family was no longer welcome at their practice. True story. I kid you not. If your blood pressure can take this kind of treatment...well, it's your call.

POOR BEDSIDE MANNER AND JUST ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE BOTHERED BY THE PATIENT AND/OR THE PARENTS IF QUESTIONS ARE ASKED OF HIM. HE IS VERY RUDE! SEE DR. TEMPLE AT THIS FACILITY. HE IS NICE AND WILL ANSWER QUESTIONS IN A CARING MANNER.

A Very very nice & thorough doctor. He really cares about patients. He even let me bring my child to his office when he was off. I agree with all the previous comments about him.

Dr. Henderson practices in Powell now, not Delaware. He is wonderful! He is very thorough competent but laid back. He doesn't worry parents unnecessarily. I have a small baby and he has always been very reassuring. He spends as much time with the patient as is necessary and does not see patiens as dollar signs. I have called the office with questions a couple times and gotten a return call from him...not a nurse. The staff is great too. It's a small office and I've never had a problem getting an appointment. I had a problem with my insurance once and they were very helpful in getting it resolved...more helpful than I asked them to be. I've also had a couple sick visits with Alicia Ribar, the nurse practitioner. She is wonderful too.
