Dr. Beecher and Iowa Ortho are a complete waste of time. I never had an appointment time met within a reasonable time. He and his understudy ignored my concerns, and eventually after months of wasted time and money, would not help me when my case was not a "slam dunk". Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

I've met Dr Beecher on 2 occasions, both times were consistent in that he was clearly not interested in what I had to say. I found him to be extraordinarily arrogant individual who knows it all. My old man was the same type of arrogant doctor, so I know the type all too well. I could not in good faith recommend this Doctor , nor will I ever waste me time again.

Yes he might not be warm and fuzzy, but he is an excellent surgeon and after meeting with him for months...he just got better and better. My husband's Patellar Tendon was 100 percent severed. A year later he is back to 100% and doing everything he did before. Remarkable recovery for the severity of the injury. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.
