This Doctor's office called ME and scheduled an appointment for me AFTER receiving my medical records. The appointment was seven weeks out, but what the heck, he was supposed to be the best! Three days prior to the appointment THEY scheduled for me, I received an automated message reminding me of my appointment and that I should press 1 to confirm, which of course, I did. About two hours later, I received a call from special services informing me that my case had been declined! They could not give me an explanation! I don't think I need to say anymore....

We saw Dr. Galles during an emergency room visit for my 5-year-old daughter he was the doctor on call. He was perfectly pleasant and did a great job making us feel at ease. We had no problem with him at all. He was very nice.

He is by far the best shoulder surgeon. My outcome was perfect, far less complications/problems than anticipated. PT has been harder due to OA damage before surgery but is progressing slowly. He is as stated kind, extremely knowledgable, tells you like it is for you to decide. If you ask a definate question you will get his detailed explanation. His PA David assists in surgery Both are extremely personable. Both listen as though you are the only patient they have. Recommend this shoulder surgeon above any others.

A wonderful doctor. Courteous, attentive, and very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the outcome of my surgery. The follow up physical therapy was successful.I will definitely continueto see Dr.Lyle Galles for any further needs.
