I highly recommend the office Dr. Ramon Perez for anyone who is in need of an extremely caring and dedicated oral surgeon. Dr. Perez helped my Mom with an extremely complex case that involved extractions and alveoloplasty after a tragic car accident that destroyed my mom's teeth. His help, skills and recommendations have allowed my mom to embark on a successful path of dental restoration.

My husband was terrified to go to his initial consultation. We originally went to a dentist who scared us away, very RUDE and unprofessional. He pushed his molar extraction off for as long as he could, but I couldn’t see him suffer no more. Searching online we found Dr. Ramon Perez with excellent reviews thru GOOGLE (im in shock with all these negative reviews, this office its always in top of their things) I did not hesitate and made him an appt. I was pleased that I made the decision to take him here.

The office made this as simple and as easy as possible for him. Everyone was so kind, and made him feel as comfortable as possible. They got him through the surgery quickly; he was shocked, felted no pain and recovered very quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who needs oral surgery!!! KEEP IT UP, DOC!!!!

I went in for wisdom teeth removal and ended up with an infection. He failed to prescribe a mouthwash when I was discharged and had to come back for it at my follow up visit. When I went to follow up, I was in a lot of pain and concerned about the pus coming from my gums. When I tell you that I waited 20 minutes just for him to come in for literally 40 seconds, I am not joking. They sat me down in an office (not an examination room), he came in, asked how it was going, took a flash light and made me say "ah" (didn't touch my mouth, even though you couldn't see the wound without moving my cheek), told me it was not infected but prescribed the mouthwash, and sent me on my way. He did not let me ask any questions at all. He sprinted out of the room and told the receptionist that he needed to run to Walgreens to run some personal errands. I was appalled. I went to another oral surgeon for a second opinion and he told me that it was infected and prescribed antibiotics and actually took care of me. It was very expensive and this so called doctor does not care about the patients that are coming through, he just cares about the money he's pulling out of them.

GREAT service and CARING. Very busy office but willing and able to HELP! Too bad the reviews below are negative. INCREDIBLE staff and doctor. Anyone who complains is because they are SELFISH just like the patient I saw in the office. They were going out of their way to help them and the lady wanted things her way.OMS Associates is wonderful!!!!

Horrible customer service, wanted to charge 300 more original price. They schedule for surgery and on that day they kept me waiting for 2 hours and then told me vthat we needed to re schedule. Bad experience completely.

Rude staff and horrible service. I've never been treated so poorly by an establishment. Complete lack of customer service, lack of follow up, just plain horrible! I literally left in tears. Disgusting attitudes!!

While he at first seemed attentive and concerned, and was helpful during my initial consultation, following my surgery he and his staff became apathetic, would not answer my questions, and seemed as though they just wanted to be rid of me. The waiting room often had 10-15 patients waiting to see the doc, it is truly an 'assembly line' surgical operation. After the surgery, I had questions for the doctor which his staff thought were unnecessary, so they threatened to charge me an additional fee just to speak with him! Additionally, the surgery he performed proved to be UNNECESSARY and caused me additional suffering. I would NEVER go back to this doctor.
