Easily the absolute worst office I have ever dealt with. El Khoury makes patients come in unnecessarily or do televisits just so he can collect copays and bill insurance - stuff that can easily be done over the phone or simply called in as per NYS regulations. He also often cancels established appointments at the very last minute. Office a hot mess. They forget or just fail to call in requests for blood work before patient appointments, only to make patients come in so el Khoury can bill them again. Typical on hold time with the office is an hour+. Leave a message and it takes days to get a call back. WMC in general is where all good things and people go to die. Find a different provider! Trust me, STAY AWAY.
