Patti ( the only office help) will call you and say that the insurance has approved to have certain work done. Once you get it done, a bill comes in the mail. When you call to inquire about the bill you are then told that they are never sure what the insurance will pay. Very unprofessional on their part and the Doctor didn't even try to make things right. Makes you wonder why there is only one person who works there besides the Doctor...
