I hate to leave a negative review because I like this office and all the staff very much and I think Dr. M is very knowledgeable . I can also walk there from my home. But I came here as a new patient about 3 years ago for a routine cleaning and Dr. M. suggested some work on tight teeth. In two years, Dr. M has only caused problems for me, caused more problems than he solved. Seeking to make my bite line up better, I eventually ended up with a food impaction problem, plus two cavities from that food problem (I got to age 64 with NO cavities EVER) with one of those cavities failing within a few months. Altho there may have been some positive on the bite, it's nothing that I can feel or see. He also wanted me to have a tooth pulled and get braces, but I said no. Then he wanted to do more "opening up" of tight teeth in front, and again I said no. (At this point I strongly adopted the philosophy "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" tho I did get some significant pressure from Dr. M. to do these two other things. The office staff simply doesn't seem to understand that I have only come away with new problems from their work. I keep telling them how unhappy I am but I don't think they get it, or WHY I'm unhappy.
