Worst doctor ever. Stay away. Arrogant, doesn't listen, and worst, really doesn't care.

one of the least communicative, most half-assed medical professionals i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with

you almost feel like she hates her job. she doesn't listen to your questions or concerns. she has to be asked LOUDLY the third time the same question to get an answer. and you don't get the confidence she really knows what she is talking about.

dr chen is not that

i followed up by email with a question and a week later still havent received any response

i am now requesting a new doctor

avoid this person like the plague

Dr. Chen and her staff are among the most apathetic, irresponsibly unresponsive medical staff I have ever encountered. All they look to do is get you off their list. They do not care about the patient, and they complain about the workload. Even in an urgent situation, you will not get a response from them for days and sometimes weeks. They would rather you go take a susceptible person to the ER, in spite of Covid risks, than have to work a few hours extra to make sure they respond to their patients’ simple needs by phone or email. Other doctors at the same hospital are far more effective and caring. Dr. Chen and her nurse are the worst. Please read her reviews on other sites to, before deciding whether to risk your well-being or your loved ones with this horrendous individual.

Finally, a doctor who listens and cares! She respects my wishes as to medication and is aware of
all of my issues.
