Compassionate and caring, listened to my concerns and when he thought that my expectations were a little too "out there", he explained what could be done with a thoughtful ear and definite knowledge and confidence. I felt as though he truly cared for me as a person and didn't judge me or my insecurities.

Very Disappointed, I scheduled a consultation with Zuliani months ago regarding revision surgery, you have to pay just to make the appointment (no other doctor in the area seems to do this, you usually pay once you get there). The consult went pretty well, he told me the surgery would be about four hours and after researching him for months I decided to book another consultation since this is a big decision.

After they have me waiting on the phone, one of the women I was transferred to refuses to book another consultation and the reasoning was that supposedly another "family member" had written a negative review based on their own separate experience (which isn't even true) and now he refuses to see me. I was shocked, not only is this completely callous, uncaring, unethical behavior it's very revealing. They don't care at all about the patients or helping people it's all about ego and money. It also made me realize how allegedly heavily manipulated his reviews are, you can't trust somebody like this, this is the last kind of behavior you want to deal with if something goes wrong with your surgery.

Even though the relationship was destroyed I tried calling back to see if there was a resolution, they just put me to voice mail now. I never did a single thing wrong to these people, I am completely innocent, shame on them for treating others like this, but thanks for making it easy to check you off my list. I also advise people to dig really deep when it comes to his reviews, there's a number of users on Realself who were less than happy with their rhino results but mysteriously those reviews don't show on his front page.

I had my nose pierced in India, but later I couldn't remove it myself because my skin had grown over the backing. After visiting 3 other doctors, I was referred to an Ear Nose Throat specialist. I needed to see a doctor before the end of the year for my insurance to cover it, but it was already Dec 26 (holiday season). I was able to make an appointment with Dr. Zuliani for the 30th. I hardly waited 10 minutes in his office, and he was able to remove the nose ring that day. I was in and out in about one hour. The procedure hardly hurt and the after-wound healed within 3-4 days. I would recommend him to another patient.

Dr. Zuliani did my rhinoplasty and septoplasty. I had visted two doctors prior to my consultation with Dr. Zuliani. Since the surgery was on my face I obviously wanted to pick an excellent doctor. I didn't know anyone else who had this procedure done so I researched for doctors on my own. I visited the Rochester office and my surgery was done at Crittenton hospital. Dr. Zuliani was very kind and honest and most importantly made me feel very comfortable. After my consultation I knew he was the right doctor. I am now one week post op and VERY pleased with what he has done. He is an artist and has truly made me a happier confident person. Dr. Zuliani is the best of the best and I would highly recommend him.
