Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr. Gottlieb is wonderful; great bedside manner, knowledgeable & to the point! However, his office staff is terribly rude; to the extent that it's just not worth the hassle, no matter how much you like the doctor. Unfortunately, after 8 years I'm finally going to stop making excuses for his staff and take my family (husband & teens) elsewhere. His office staff either has MANY bad days or they just simply HATE their jobs. Either way, it's the patients who have to endure their behavior. Sad.
