I have been with Dr Olsen for many years. I recently went through some tests, and received a call from his office regarding a change in my condition. Due to this change, I requested an appt with Dr Olsen to discuss this change as it involved additional testing, change in medication etc. I was given the appt, but I was met with hostility. He walked out of the office and I was discharged as a patient. I went back to the office to get my medical records forwarded to another doctor. The woman with whom I was speaking with was very cooperative, but appeared very tense. I later realized why - Suzi Bellenzeni. Apparently, my previous request to see Dr Olsen was the talk of the office. Ms. Bellenzeni , who I wasn't even dealing with, became hostile because I asked a question and expressed concerns. She told me to leave the office. Told me if I didn't leave, she was going to call the police, and physically escorted me to the door and called me a trouble maker. Hopefully, other patients are treated better. Be aware, don't ask questions or don't be concerned about your health. If you are, you will be "bounced" out of the office by the bouncer.

Staff and dr and nice enough. But waiting in waiting room is over an hour. Totally inexcusable !
