He was incredibly unhelpful and said he didn’t know what was going on with me and that it might just be anxiety, which felt super invalidating, since I eventually found through testing that there was an inner ear issue present. He spent ten minutes with me and was very dismissive of my questions and symptoms after I spent 20 minutes filling out paperwork!

This was my first ENT doctor i have every been to ( Dr. Justin B Rufener ) and he was very professional, and helpful and friendly .Explain what i had to do and got me on medication to treat my condition, and hopefully this will clear up my medical problem, i .will lbe seeing him soon on the next appointment and to learn my result.

Dr. Rufener has been my ENT physician for over a decade and while it has not been necessary to see him very often (once in the last 11 years!!) he none-the-less treats me with consistent care. He's thorough, knowledgeable, personable and most importantly, he listens and actually HEARS you!! That's a rare quality and one that is essential to maintain a trust between doctor and patient. I would recommend him unequivocally.

My sense was that the Doctor's interest dropped when he learned I didn't plan to purchase hearing aids at the Clinic. A friend who accompanied me got the same impression.
