Wait time is horrible. First few visits were good. Dr listened very patiently and after few visits sometimes Dr didn't even show-up and finish visit with nurse practitioners. The most horrible thing I was travelling out of country for few days and requested for a prescription refill and Dr declined to give refill and said I need to visit their office and then she can able to send prescription refill.

The wait times have been long in the waiting room and long in the exam room. First couple appointments good. Doctor listened and seemed very knowledgeable about what was going on. Left with very good impression. After that wait times continued to be long and the doctor seemed very rushed to get in and out of the exam room. We ended up having to go to a Functional Medicine practitioner to get to find the root cause of some issues and get appropriate lab testing.

I went to go see Dr. Rumki (Dr. B) after a nice writeup in the GA newsletter. I was really hoping she was true to the article, but experienced the opposite. The wait and amount of time for the appt was extensive and really only had less than 10 minutes with Dr. B. In the brief time, I spoke strongly about my concern that my hypothyroid symptoms were still present and wanted in-depth lab tests done focusing on thyroid. She seemed empathetic and discussed how some of those tests would not be covered by my insurance. I was aware and it was no problem. After a month, no lab results. I had to reach out to get them and saw that there were no in-depth tests. I inquired, Dr. B apologized for "someone" not writing it on the lab sheets. Ummm, it was only her and I in the room during the discussion. She wanted me to make another appt to discuss my thyroid symptoms. I did not and will not. Prescriptions were not called into my pharmacy; however showed online that they had. I had to make repeated calls to the office and was finally advised that it was because I did not make another appt. I had to make her aware that those prescriptions were not even related to thyroid and it hadn't even been six months anyways. Then she wrote incorrect dosage on the prescription, when I asked if I was to lower my dose, she retracted and said no. No freaking clue or care. There were also appts made without my knowledge. The receptionist would advise that it was "TENTATIVE", but I can assure you that it did not show TENTATIVE on my portal. I was extremely disappointed with her and her office and have yet to find another doctor. Do NOT recommend.

I had the best Experience in ApexMD
I felt the office has credit card policies from high deductible patients which I donot mind as I have to pay it any how. People should not comment on credit card policy and who commented basically not planning to pay his or her bills.
Very Knowledgable staff and Nurse Practioner.
The atmosphere was friendly. The nurse practioner Amanda was friendly. I am waiting on labs to come and finally going to meet DR Banerjee- The Guru of Holistic Medicine in town. She has helped my mom balancing her nutrional issue, depression and sleep which no doctor could do
Please write good reviews .

Received NO help of any kind. This office is in chaos. Phone calls never returned, non functioning portal system, physician who cannot possibly care for your wellness. Working for 1 1/2 months to get lab work results. Sad!

I had the best experience in her office and Dr. B is very knowledgeable. She has taken care of my thyroid ( Hashimotos) very efficiently . She started with nature thyroid and later switched to natural t4 .and t3 and recommended the lymphatic detox treatment and that was 100% beneficial to me. I feel like 50% normal in 3 month .

My experience with this physician's staff was horrendous! Dr. Banerjee came highly recommended by three different sources. Upon arrival for my apppointment, my insurance card and driver's license were required in additional to a credit card. As my co-pay is in cash, I declined to provide a credit card. Unfortunately, this practice has a policy for new patients which demands credit card information for their files. When I declined to provide this information, I was denied treatment.

Initially, I was ecstatic to find a doctor who embraced integrative medicine, and my initial intake appt in the summer of 2015 was GREAT--she spent over 30 minutes reviewing my history and lab results for Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, and prescribed Nature Throid, which I had not been able to get previous my doctor to even consider or explore with lab work. However, the service and attention I've received from that point forward has been mediocre at best. My appts have been miscommunicated, prescriptions allowed to expire without having new lab work done (I've had to manage this and request new labs because symptoms have not improved). Recent appt for follow up lab work finally got set up, and I get there and I'm lobbed over to a Nurse Practitioner whom I've never met for the follow-up appt, who was awful! All she wanted to discuss was lab work from February! As of this writing, over a week has passed, no lab results have been shared from the blood work appt in May. Have left several messages, both email and phone --and finally get a response from Dr Banerjee saying the same level medication has been refilled--no discussion, no follow-up, no concern that symptoms are the same. I am so frustrated and am back to looking for a new doctor!
